Youth and Adult Members give a little of your time at the shows to help our GREAT SHOW TEAM. They work very hard for us to have our shows. Help is needed at each show. We would like to have a list of individuals with times that they are available that would help at a show. If you know your schedule, what shows you will attend for May and June and you will have some free time in the day your help will be much appreciated by ALL. This will help the shows run as smooth as possible.
The Youth Team would like to add a class to the youth show schedule. Hobby Horse is sponsoring a “Rookie Award Class” which is open to walk/trot riders who have not won a blue ribbon. Hobby Horse provides the ribbons and the winner $100 gift certificate . In exchange, we would send them a list of our members and addresses for them to use only to mail catalogs. If you do not want your name included on this list please let Arline know before April 30th.

As
always credit will be given (toward year end awards) for helping with Youth
Team activities as well as at all SNEHA shows. Please keep in mind you will
need to track how often you help and turn the Show Help Certificate
in to Karen to receive your credit!
Forms must be signed by a parent and a SNEHA official (either an officer
or board member). You will have 14 days after each show (or by the meeting
following the show) to return your forms either at a meeting or by mail. Forms
turned in after that time will not be valid. Please remember that SNEHA
officials are not obligated to sign forms if they did not see a Youth member
helping. If you are not sure let Chris Burkert, Robin Schaedler or Lynda Whaley
know you will be helping and then ask them to sign your form when you are done.
